Calorie Pro AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking application. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you use our mobile app, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. When you take a photo of a meal, the image is sent securely to our AI processing service, which identifies the foods in the photo and estimates calories and macronutrients. Images are used solely to provide this analysis and to display your meal history back to you. We do not use your food images for advertising, and we do not sell them to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Food images and account data are stored only as long as needed to provide the service, as described below.

We retain your account data, meal history, and progress records while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
