Calorie Pro AI grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful, personal nutrition tracking. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

• Provide accurate account and profile information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use the app only for your own personal health and nutrition purposes.
• Ensure you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your region.

Calorie and macronutrient estimates are generated by AI analysis of food images and descriptions. These estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate. Actual nutritional content varies with ingredients, preparation, and portion size. Always verify important dietary information independently.

Calorie Pro AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is not a substitute for professional guidance from a physician, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider. Consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, eating disorder, or are pregnant.

Calorie Pro AI offers optional premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly) that unlock unlimited AI food scans and advanced features. Subscription features and pricing are displayed in the app before purchase.

All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Your payment method is charged at confirmation of purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID: Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calorie Pro AI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law or Apple's policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calorie Pro AI and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including health outcomes, arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
